Infosheets on the application of the EU procedural rights directives

Between 2020 and 2022, ELF and 7 EU Bars implemented the CrimiLAW project, which produced national infosheets on the application of three EU procedural rights directives (access to a lawyer, presumption of innocence, and legal aid) in their respective EU Member States. Building on the success of this publication, the TRAVAR project updated the existing infosheets (Cyprus, France, Greece, Hungary, Poland and Spain) and produced three new chapters (Austria, Bulgaria and Romania).
