True access to justice at European Union level is only possible if citizens and companies are represented by lawyers who are competent and effective in their submissions to the Court of Justice of the European Union. The training materials resulting from this project will increase the level of lawyers’ knowledge of the proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
