- procedural rules on the typical stages of a hearing;
- various procedural matters concerning submissions, the language regime, etc;
Upon completion of this training you will develop:
- skills to present legal arguments during the written and the oral phases of the proceedings;
- ability to use the e-Curia application;
- understanding of practicalities of the conduct of the hearings.
