The aim of the training is to provide an overview of the important provisions of the Lisbon Treaty for police officers:
- Fundamental Rights and Freedoms
- Standing Committee on Operational Cooperation on Internal Security (COSI)
- AFSJ: Judicial and police cooperation and common border control
- Customs cooperation
- Common foreign and security policy
- Fight against fraud
- Solidarity clause
The target group is police officers interested or involved in higher level international police, law enforcement and judicial cooperation.
