The aim of the lesson is to explain in depth the modi operandi of the carousel fraud in order to increase the competences of law enforcement officials countering such types of crime.

The target audience is law enforcement officials and representatives from judicial authorities who are engaged in countering carousel-type frauds and involved (directly or indirectly) in judicial investigations of carousel fraud cases. Due to the unique combination of presentation, visualisation, expert explanation, discussion and shared-experience learning, the eLesson is appropriate for beginners and for advanced practitioners in the area of combatting financial crime.
