Description
This course addresses the issues of awareness and promotion of the health and well-being of prison staff. It tackles the topics of job challenges, the problem of stress and burnout in the workplace, and health promotion programs. The target groups are individuals and/or organisations responsible for prisoners and professionals from entities linked with/or collaborating in initiatives that promote the health of prisoners and/or prison staff. No prerequisite is required. This course lasts 3h (2h e-learning + 1h self-study) and consists of 4 chapters. The MenACE project was co-funded by the European Commission under the ERASMUS + programme - KA2 - Strategic partnerships for adult education.
