This primer module introduces the concept of Artificial Intelligence, its definition, and different types and techniques for using it. Additionally, this course looks into the new framework on Artificial Intelligence proposed by the European Commission in April 2021.
The training module addresses judges and prosecutors dealing with environmental issues with previous general, and in certain cases specific, knowledge regarding the subject. The module will provide judges and prosecutors with relevant information on the latest developments of the EU environmental law acquis, relevant jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the EU and an in-depth analysis of the topic with a special focus on Air Quality and Noise Legislation.
The first module provides participants with an overview of international and EU legal frameworks for alternatives to the detention of migrant children.
The second training module explores alternatives to detention for migrant children, looking at the legal framework and practical examples of such alternatives.
The third module on alternatives to detention for migrant children allows participants to learn about the appropriate procedures guaranteeing access to effective remedies for migrant children in detention and migrant children subject to alternatives to detention.
The fourth and last training module on alternatives to detention for migrant children provides participants with better knowledge of how to communicate and work with children subject to alternatives to detention.

It presents the findings of fieldwork research on the views of professionals regarding the different ways people can pursue complaints. The findings highlight that obstacles to achieving justice are often multi-layered.
