Description
The Anti-SLAPP Curriculum—Bulgaria is part of Europe’s first anti-SLAPP curriculum designed to upskill the cadre of European lawyers who defend journalists, media organisations, NGOs, and activists against the companies and governmental figures who use lawfare to shut down legitimate criticism in some of the countries with Europe’s worst SLAPP problems.
The Curriculum has been created by Fondatsiya Tsentar Za Razvitie Na Mediite (MDC) in the framework of the project Pioneering anti-SLAPP Training for Freedom of Expression (Project 101051559 — PATFox), co-funded by the European Union’s Justice Programme.
