Main learning objectives:
The fourth module provides an overview of the guiding principles on access to justice in the protection of migrants’ rights to family life. The module focuses on the international and EU frameworks of the rights to family life and family unity, the definition of family, the right to family reunification, and lastly examines expulsions and the right to maintain a family life. Thus, the module provides an overview of the right to family life of migrants, and the various elements of achievement of this right. This project is funded by the European Union’s Justice Programme.
