Description
Upon completion of this training you will know:
- the main types of procedures before the Court of Justice and the General Court;
- the specific differences and similarities between the different types of procedures;
- how a particular procedure should be used in specific situations;
- the role of the CJEU in shaping EU law, upholding the rights deriving from that law and enforcing superior rules of Union law;
Upon completion of this training you will develop:
- ability to assess the importance of the choice of procedure;
- awareness that the CJEU ensures that EU law is interpreted and applied in the same manner in each EU Member State, and that the Member States and the EU institutions abide by EU law;
